change message in released from quarantine emails

Where does mailscanner keep the txt files with this message

I want to change it because some of my users are confused and don't believe it is from me when I release wrongly quarantined messages to them

I can't find the string anywhere

That's a MailWatch directive. Assuming a cPanel install it should start about line 144 in /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/mailwatch/conf.php

I searched for ages today and couldn't find that. I was assuming it was hidden somewhere in mailscanner settings
