I have a client who's IP address has been blacklisted. This in turn has stopped them from being able to access my server as I am using a number of the lfd blocklists. While my client works out, getting themselves de-listed I am trying to whitelist their IP address through configserver. I have added their IP address to both the quick allow and quick ignore tables and have confirmed that their IP address is not listed in the blocked list. They are still unable to access the server but are receiving a message that they have been flagged as a spammer and are being blocked. Is there a way I can put in an IP address exception that will bypass the blocklist? If so where/how would I do so?
Thanks!

Re: Add Blocklist IP exception (allow)?
Try adding it to /etc/csf/csf.ignore.

It is already there. Any other suggestions?
Just in case, I have restarted CSF and LFD. I will have the client retry to see if that made a difference.
