csf update Errors

Hello,

Sorry for posting here. I'm having this issue and couldn't get it resolved after reading a lot of threads here in the forum.

root@trine [~]# csf -u
Oops: Unable to download: Can't connect to download.configserver.com:443 (timeout)

Resolving download.configserver.com... 2a01:4f8:a0:53cf::2, 85.10.199.177
Connecting to download.configserver.com|2a01:4f8:a0:53cf::2|:80... failed: Connection timed out.

Please help me to resolve it. Thank you

I followed this viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7530&p=21869&hilit= ... com#p21869 thread and it didn't solve the issue from WHM.

As it is using IPv6, make sure that you have ports 80 and 443 open in TCP6_OUT if you have IPV6 enabled in csf.

I have same issue. I currently have opened the two ports mentioned above, the problem still present. Ports were opened a year ago, this is the first time that this issue appears.
