External Spam ?

I've just completed installing MailScanner, ClamAV and MSFE.

Taking a look around I saw @ mailwatch that a few accounts are sending spam.
All passed as "CLEAN". Is there a way to stop them / filter them ?

You would be better off finding out the scripts that are sending the spam and fixing them, possibility that user accounts are compromised.

CSF offer exploit scanner which is very good
