CSF and joomla

hello
I use my server mostly for joomla websites.
I use updated CSF.

I have a strange and annoying problem,
in administrator of joomla when clicking to move
from managing modules to components or all other options
the system is stuck in loading endlessly.

when i disable the ModSecurity the problem is gone
but i can not work without the ModSecurity of course.

please advice what could be the problem
as i need to solve it fast

You need to investigate what rule is causing this, go to CMC and see the ModSec Log with the auto refresh option enabled, try to do the same again and copy the rule id then try to disable that rule.

I am in the MODSEC log window auto refreshing every 10 sec.
its blank.
I enter of of the accounts (in other tab) admin and simulate the problem
problem occur but the MODSEC remain empty ...
I think for some reason AWSTATS cause it, sounds possible ?
