Installation Problem: cxs watch line 44 and ClamAv daemon

Post by rafaelmagic »

Hi,

I got two questions:

Questions #1
I get this error when restarting the Watch Dameon:
/etc/init.d/cxswatch restart
Stopping cxswatch daemon: [ OK ]
Starting cxswatch daemon:/etc/init.d/cxswatch: line 44: /etc/cxs/cxswatch sh: Permission denied

So how do I fix this?

Questions #2

I installed ClamAv thru Cpanel or should I uninstall and install it manually. So how or what do I do for Part 6 of the install.

"6. ClamAV scanning requires a running clamd daemon. By default cxs will look for the clamd socket at /tmp/clamd and /var/clamd, if it is located elsewhere then you must use the --clamdsock option and pass the socket location in every cxs call (i.e. in cxsftp sh, cxscgi sh and the cxs CLI) or use a cxs defaults file."

So what do I do?
========================

Thanks
