Mailscanner Errors

For the last two days I keep seeing these errors in the Mailscanner front end where the update buttons should be:
MailScanner - v4.79.11 installed
Failed to determine the latest version of the MailScanner Package
Failed to determine the latest version of ClamAV
Failed to determine the latest version of the MailScanner Front-End
I also seem to be getting the same errors with every config server addons in my WHM.
Failed to determine the latest version of cmm
Failed to determine the latest version of cmq
Failed to determine the latest version of csf. An Upgrade button will appear here if new version is detected
I've checked the logs and don't see anything out of the ordinary. Can anyone provide me with some ideas or solutions as to why this suddenly showed up? I haven't made any changes to any of my configurations in WHM or on the server.

Usually this is due to either a temporary network problem or a firewall issue. Check that our license server IP isn't blocked in your firewall for some reason (85.13.195.235). If not, please PM or email us your server IP so we can check it's not blocked in our firewall.

Hello,

All config server services on my server cannot connect to config server:

Failed to determine the latest version of the MailScanner Package
Unable to connect to http://www.configserver.com, retry in 300 seconds.
etc, etc

I have tried flushing the firewall IP's. Please could you give me the config server IP address's so I can make sure they are added to whitelist. Perhaps that will fix this,

Please submit a ticket on the helpdesk with your server's IP address so that we can check whether it is blocked on the license server's firewall. That is usually the cause of this.

"recursion yes" in named.conf for localnest and the problem was solved ...csf/MailScanner can check the version now.
