Show Whitelisted Users

Occasionally we use "Modify User Whitelist" to disable Mod Security for a customer, as part of some troubleshooting. Sometimes we forget to turn it back on. :-(

I would like to see something obvious on the main CMC page, that makes it clear that there are users that are currently whitelisted. Short of that, if there was a place we could go to in CMC to at least see which users are whitelisted, that would be helpful (if you can already do that, I apologize, but I can't see where)

FYI, I just got burned by this. Noticed high load on one server, and after doing troubleshooting, found a site getting beat up by 3 different IPs, all trying to brute force a WordPress site. Turns out we had Mod Sec whitelisted (disabled) for this particular user. Sure would like to see this feature implemented.
