In this case the topic title doesn't say it all.
We've got a set up where we handle a number of rules through csfpost. Earlier today we noticed that the rules that are in that file were suddenly removed on one server. Just a minute ago, we noticed the same on another server. When I restart CSF the issues are resolved straight away and the content from csfpost is in the active ruleset.
I have no idea why it's suddenly failing though. Is this a known bug or does any of you know where to find the right information to help and diagnose the issue? It doesn't happen a lot by the way, just every so often. It hasn't happened in about a month or so, but it has happened twice in the last day and I'm clueless.
CSF reload doesn't include csfpost.sh

Re: CSF reload doesn't include csfpost.sh
That suggests that you have forgotten to use full paths to the binaries in the csfpost.sh file as specified in the readme.txt, especially for /sbin/iptables
