Issues after uninstall

After uninstalling the Mailscanner Frontend and all of its components (I followed its uninstall docs), exim will no longer verified recipients. Even though I have all my default addressses setup to :fail: and I have verified that exim.conf still has require verify = recipients, its still accepting everything at SMTP time and then doing a bounce message saying it doesnt exist. What might have screwed up with your installer that could have caused this problem?

If you followed the instructions there should be no residual problems. Have you tried re-setting the exim configuration to the defaults using the WHM Exim Configuration manager?
