Enable Messenger CSF

I've been looking everywhere but I have not been able or unwilling to help. The problem is I want to enable the messenger to take them to index.html but I could not make it work.

I can give you the exact steps that I condifigurar to make it work?

Finally I could make it work. But when I upload a new index on this route:

/etc/csf/messenger/index.html

The changes are not reflected, what is happening?
