cannot connect and cannot upgrade for several days

I keep getting these messages for several days now and nothing updates in the whm.

Oops: Unable to download: 599 - Could not connect to: IO::Socket::INET: connect: Connection timed out

How do I update the config server?

The ip was blocked in my firewall so it is working now.

I found this in another post about this problem.

Add this IP to your firewall 85.10.199.177

I did this in cpanel whm and it worked without me having to remove the country allow list.
