MailScanner Running Despite Being Disabled?

A while ago I disabled MailScanner via WHM, but today I noticed that it was apparently running. Here is the output from ps aux | grep MailSc:

Is it actually doing anything? And how do I disable it completely?

It should stop running if you disable it in Service Manager in WHM.
