Huge Pending Queue

Hello guys, my pending queue is growing up, i already try everything in this FAQ http://www.configserver.com/techfaq/index.php?faqid=14, but nothing works, i already disable the Maillscanner, and all the QUEUE went to the Delivery Queue, not on the pending, but when i try to force the delivery appars that "All deliveries are handled by MailScanner" but MailScanner was disable, so the deliveries would be handled by exim not MailScanner anymore, i verify the exim_mainlog and maillog and there is no error. I already tried to force upgrade of MailScanner, Clamd and MailScanner Front-End, what could be anymore.

I´m with no email service working, my clients want´s kill me, it´s almost 400 Domains in this server.

Now i get all my emails moved to Delivery Queue as Bounced, and when i click on the message to delivery it i got a msg:

Unrouteable address
Frozen (delivery error message)

i´m got a message:

Error message from syntax check:
2012-09-19 14:34:06 Exim configuration error in line 5 of /etc/exim.conf.buildtest.work._yQ48WzW6QQo7IFM:
"message_logs" option set for the second time

but there isn´t this /etc/exim.conf.buildtest.work._yQ48WzW6QQo7IFM, this file not exist.

What could be, please help me.
