For the 'High 5 minute load average alert' email notification, can you add the SHOW FULL PROCESSLIST from MySQL?

You can add that yourself using PT_USER_ACTION.

You need to create a script that issues the command that you want and then add the path to that script into that option as explained in csf.conf.
