Dear Team,
A user of mine has requested that spam filtering be turned of for all of their accounts. I used MailScanner and configured their account accordingly. However, some people emailing them are complaining that their emails are still being rejected as spam!
The settings on their account are:
no Deliver Deliver no yes
[1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
Can you please advise me on how I can correct this.

Also, are you certain it is *MailScanner* that is identifying these emails as spam? It could also be that the sender is listed in an RBL and it is being rejected by exim. You need to check the exim log and/or MailWatch to find out exactly what is happening.
