LT_ Temporary/Permanent Blocking

Is it possible to disable permanent blocking for LT_POP3D and LT_IMAPD?

As I understand, it's currently controlled by the LF_PERMBLOCK, LF_PERMBLOCK_INTERVAL and LF_PERMBLOCK_COUNT settings.

Would it be possible to have separate PERMBLOCK settings for the LT_* features?

I'll add it to the suggestions list to not LF_PERMBLOCK repeated LT_POP3D/LT_IMAPD violations.
