MailWatch - No quarantine directories found

I've just noticed on a couple of my VPS servers that when I try to access the Quarantine section in MailWatch I just get a message that says "No quarantine directories found".

I don't have this problem on my physical servers, only the VPSs (Both Xen and VMWare)

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this would be and what I can do to fix it?

The problem has fixed itself on the Xen VPS, but there's still no quarantine folders on the VMWare server.
