Where do I adjust the number of days shown in the Total Messages by Date ?

Hello, I have a problem, Enable In Only button doesn't work.
When I press it everything seems to be fine but the mail is still checked for in/out spam.
At the top of the program's interface I have MailScanner Status: Running In/Out Scanning .
How can I fix it?

I've got this set to 30 days in MSFE, but in:
Mailwatch > Reports > Total Messages to date, I'm showing almost 3 months.

In the page ConfigServer MailScanner Front-End I set Keep x days of MailWatch MySQL database entries (0 = disable) to 35 (I use this default for about 2 years)
Since September, 15 my Total Messages by Date keeps growing and it stopped deleting old mails from the SQL database.

I already started/stopped Mailscanner a few times, had also changed from 35 days to 25 days and nothing happens....

I have added several email addresses to the whitelist, because they are erroneously flagged as spam. But they're still being erroneously flagged.

An example is:

newsletters@e.usatoday.com

This appears to be the actual address based on headers, but it doesn't work. The mail is still labeled as Spam. It's basically just an announcement about articles in the latest edition of USA Today.

Ideas?...

We are seeing something off when this option is enabled. Emails with known viruses - Clamd: cv.zip was infected: Trojan.Downloader-98036 was delivered to the mailbox.

Deliver Cleaned Emails was set to Yes, and Virus Scanning was set to Yes also.

We would like to move SA and Mailscanner to a remote server in order to reduce load on our cpanel servers. Can MSFE support such a configuration? If not, were going to have to replace MSFE with another solution, but were hoping not to have to do that.

I purchased a mailscanner for a server and now I have the server transferred to a new DC . Since this is a one time payment and for 1 server, I need to have my mailscanner from transferred from the old box to the new one. Please advice me as to how this can be done from my end for this. Thank you

I am having a problem with anyone sending me a zip file from a mac computer is have the file quarantined. Mac unfortunately includes the _MACOSX folder which gets it blocked.

How can I get the scanner to allow these files to pass.

For reasons of PCI compliance its getting to the point where the mysql needs to be on a server separate from the web server ( with no public access )

I've just noticed on a couple of my VPS servers that when I try to access the Quarantine section in MailWatch I just get a message that says No quarantine directories found .

I don't have this problem on my physical servers, only the VPSs (Both Xen and VMWare)

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this would be and what I can do to fix it?

My installations of MailScanner are working perfectly, but I had a bit of a fright today when I noticed that in the MS FrontEnd, messages marked as spam in the SpamAssassin section have the text Action(s): deliver beside them.

I did some testing to ensure that domains that are set to delete spam were in fact having their spam deleted ... and they are,...

I just started using Mailscanner/Mailscanner FE about a month ago, ConfigServer installed it for me. I'm using version 4.74.16, and version v0.94.2 of ClamAV; CENTOS 5.2, cPanel 11.24.4
