I read in the FAQ's (#12) that it may be an issue with the Linux File command if the file is being reported incorrectly. When I run File on these attachments (after uploading them to the server) they are reported as images, not programs.

I see that it is easy to configure spam assassin scores (high and low scores, etc) on a per account basis, but I need to do it on a per user basis.
How is this accomplished?
Mailscanner apparently failed during the night, resulting in a large pending email queue. I have tried to re-install Mailscanner, with all Perl modules, but the installation fails with the following error messages:
I'm using one of my cPanel servers as a secondary MX for domains hosted on other servers.

I have read it is possible using mailscanner to copy outgoing emails from a domain (I wan't to know what my employees are sending and receiving), is there any guide to do this?
We are experiencing a problem with MailScanner, it does not deliver some mails to all recipients which are listed in To or CC, or another strange situatiation is that, the mail is delivered only to the address at CC: , not also to the mail TO: . The cause would be that the Full Header is not interpreted correctly There is a way to handle this situation?

I recently updated CP on the server and so suspect that has something to do with Mailscanner reporting as stopped and being unable to restart it.
I tried the suggestion /blog/index.php?itemid=419 (I am not allowed to post URLs)
That didn't work and the suggestions in the Help! MailScanner isn't working/Mail...
Mail released from quarantine is caught again as spam. We haven't changed any configuration in a long time, this started happening with a newer MailScanner.
The postmaster address is in the whitelist, and the caught email shows the correct outgoing whitelisted postmaster address as the sender. The email is around 300K.
The email is caught for bad attachment name .BBC.PDF.
I have about 50 clients on a dedicated server with Hostgator. About 3 weeks ago, one client reported she'd begun receiving hundreds of spam emails per day, this happened suddenly. Emails are all coming to the same email address, there's no consistency in where they're coming from.

I have several servers running DCC installed by Jonathan. For some weird reason on one server all local domains are labelled falsely as spam due the the dcc_check identifying mails as 7 . This is if a domain emails from the domain to the same domain. This is only happening on 1 server and I have compared configs...
There was an update last week and ever since our MailScanner has been messed up. Emails from our WHMCS are now being flagged as SPAM. This never happened before. Our support ticket emails are also being flagged as SPAM. This also never happened before. Netflix emails are being marked as spam under a couple accounts. This also never happened before. Whitelisting *@netflix.com corrects this issue....
mail shows as white listed in Mail watch and no such domains are whitelisted in /usr/mailscanner/etc
