HI Configserver.

Several of my users are getting mail delivery errors on their mails using the configserver mailscanner implementation.
These messages seem to fail when emails sent within same time patch as cron job:
perl /usr/mscpanel/mscpanel . pl

Iam using postfix,courier IMAP, LDAP with squirrel mail in MAIL SERVER.
I have blocked attachment through MailScanner to internet and set to 10 MB for intranet.
when i send message with attachment at a time (TO: intranet address and internet address) , it is not blocking.
But In separate sending to internet and intranet , it is working fine...

I just updated clamav, then MailScanner this morning. I didn't notice any error messages go by but after the update completed, MailScanner will not start. Hello guys, i´m having problems, many of the spam are passing through, like bank emails with links to virus, and many other, but email like from paypal, and other emails are arriving marked as {Spam?} or {Disarmed}, emails that we always get with the other anti spam for Plesk. MailScanner itsdelf cannot distinguish between authenticated and non-authenticated senders. If the emails are actually being identified as spam and blocked by MailScanner due to the Spam List setting, you can modify that and use a different RBL that doesn't cause this problem.

In mailscanner.conf, we do configure the variable $localpostmaster, %org-long-name% and %web-site% and they are used in reports .

Since mailscanner is configurer for my compagny, every client of my reseller got notification with my name on it. Anyway to change that so each reseller could have there own variable?

If not, I'll just modify the template to be white lable , but I really wish...

A user of mine has requested that spam filtering be turned of for all of their accounts. I used MailScanner and configured their account accordingly. However, some people emailing them are complaining that their emails are still being rejected as spam!

The settings on their account are:

no Deliver Deliver no yes

I having problems sending emails from one domain to the same domain email accounts. I have to whitelist in Mailscanner Frond-end Config the domains having this issue. How can I fix this?, I don't want Mailscanner FE blocking the outgoing email to the domains of the server...

I have see that i have few clients with low scannig options to deliver to spam@domain.com and all see a lot of their email that they try to send to other domains as spam !
so, those emails never arrives ...

so, I need to disable only outgoing anti-spam feature, how do i do it?

Every hour I seem to be getting an email containing the following:

Just wondering if it is possible to easily change the number of messages displayed in the Mailscanner->Reports->Message Listing

So perhaps by adding something like ?display=250 to the URL to change the number of lines displayed or is there a config option somewhere that can be modified ?

Suddenly after working fine for a very long time, two of our servers just give a blank white page and spinning icon (in firefox) when trying to open the MailWatch page from within WHM --> ConfigServer MailScanner FE ---> Access MailWatch (button).

I'm not sure what happened here but after rebooting my server MailScanner no longer works unless I force a ClamAV update from the front-end.

I get an error message about No virus scanners found (something to that effect). I had ClamAV installed on the server but I had ConfigServer set up the MailScanner FE and apparently ClamAV is installed in a /local/ directory.

Any ideas on how to fix it? I...
