I'm having the same issue. Same version of csf. I'm on CentOS 6.5. I think it something to do with my SSH config and keepalive. I have the exact same question. Looked through all the config files on my WHM version and compared to my Webmin config files and did not see anything that seams to control the security check.

Any one with any tips on how this is managed?
