Ok, so it looks like I resolved the issue. Enabling FASTSTART created this issue.
By turning disabling it, the firewall continues to auto start on boot.

Ok, so the only time the firewall starts properly is when I disable and enable the firewall. (Without restarting).

Hello, I've uninstalled and re-installed csf on my Centos 6.5 64-bit Build, using Webmin for a control panel. Once I had done that, I've had to manually start the firewall for csf.
