MailScanner won't start, lots of missing Perl modules

Randomly yesterday everything went from working fine to not working at all. We have a WHM/cPanel dedicated server, and MailScanner was installed manually years ago, not as a WHM module but just directly in CentOS. I believe it's version 4.84.5. We restarted the server just to be sure of a fresh star...

Re: How do I help Spamassassin learn these messages?

Any ideas?

I've ran sa-learn on about 30 more of these since I posted this message. They still come right through detection and into my inbox with scores lower than 4. I don't get it!

Re: Can't get rules to apply, being ignored?

I would like to get this fixed.

I've read all about rules files and how they work, but it seems it's just ignoring the "To:" entries and is still doing phishing scans on our outgoing mail, I don't get it.

How do I set up a phishing scan rules file to only scan incoming mail?

Can't get rules to apply, being ignored?

Hi, I hope someone can answer this pickle! In the default MS config, the "Find Phishing Fraud" value was set to yes, but this caused an issue where our own outgoing mail to a customer got scary red text in their Email (from us) warning it's a phishing fraud! MS didn't like the link we used...
