In further looking I see that file is for the view logs front-end. So does it need to be added to the custom log in csf.conf

csf.syslog file

What is the purpose of the csf.syslog file. I am trying to figure out why csf will not block IP's since installing Nginx and I found in this file the path to the Nginx error log is wrong. I don't know if this file is read or it is just a refrence. I figured I could add it as a custom log in csf.conf...

No, MailWatch was specifically created to run on top of MailScanner, it cannot be used without it. I asked a similar question in the MSFE section (I will try and delete it), but the difference is, if you run mailscanner and just disable scanning would mailwatch work? I uninstalled MS and Mailwatch ...
