I think my issue is that on some of my VPS's the CSF install is listed as :

[/etc/csf]# csf -v
csf: v7.58 (generic)

Whereas on the working boxes it states cPanel. How can I get this changed?

I love the script actions for various alerts, ie load alert for example. Would it be possible to add these in for script alerts and relay alerts as well ?
