I found the cure for this problem ;-)
Replace the file /usr/share/squirrelmail/mailscanner/pear/Mail/mime.php for version 1.2.0 of MailWatch with the same file from the slightly older version.

My system : Linux mail-server 2.6.32-220.17.1.el6.i686 #1 SMP Thu Apr 26 13:37:46 EDT 2012 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux MailWatch Version = 1.2.0 MailScanner Version = 4.84.5 PHP Version = 5.3.3 MySQL Version = 5.1.61 I have put up some type of files that should put mail in quarantine. And it works, but...
