Reinstalled csf, no change.
Is anyone else seeing this behavior?
cPanel doesn't want to touch it as it's not their script.
Please advise.

Re: CSF/LFD Very Slow with Alma, Repeated Error Messages
'k, per https://forum.configserver.com/viewtopic.php?p=34009&hilit=lfd+syslog+code+not+found#p34009 Checked paths in csf.conf and some of the old centOS paths were /sbin while Alma uses /usr/sbin. Adjusted as needed and restarted, but still hanging on restart via CLI, and very slow to come up in...

Re: CSF/LFD Very Slow with Alma, Repeated Error Messages
Oops, just noticed I was *not* supposed to use something already in /etc/group, so changed it to "csf_syslog". Will have to wait to see if that does anything.

Re: CSF/LFD Very Slow with Alma, Repeated Error Messages
Oh, the bracketed code in the lfd emails is different every time, and as expected, grepping for the code in /var/log/messages produces no result.

CSF/LFD Very Slow with Alma, Repeated Error Messages
AlmaLinux: v8.9.0 Standard KVM cPanel: 120.0.8 CSF: 14.20 Perl: 5 v26 Hi, this may not be anything to do with csf/lfd per se; just checking. Just elevated from CentOS, and am getting lfd notification emails every 10 minutes: Error: Failed to detect code [ej7sUoB0R3icb6lAwEgjXo17sLK8u] in SYSLOG_LOG ...

Re: Exim bouncing: "Message too long for transport"
I don't believe this is a cPanel issue, as exim_outgoing.conf is used by MailScanner. I also don't believe this is a MailScanner issue; more likely a problem with a sender's mail client. (Try a recursive grep of "exim_outgoing.conf" in /var/cpanel and see what it shows you. Most results ar...

Re: Exim bouncing: "Message too long for transport"
Reached out to cPanel and they say they only introduced a way to modify the setting in their Exim config manager about a month ago now, with v102.0.2 of WHM. Prior to that one would have needed to manually edit /etc/exim.conf. Going forward, any customer-set values in the config manager should be re...

Re: Exim bouncing: "Message too long for transport"
Heard back from cPanel - they had me bump up the maximum line length to 4096 from 2048 (their current default in Exim Config Manager). Messages seem to be going out OK from the Azure provider now. (If only M$'s SMTP server had been RFC compliant to start with, this problem wouldn't have presented. O...

Feature Suggestion: Quick Search Box by Message ID
Had suggested this some years back. Would be super handy if the "Email ID" form field was replicated at the very top of the front-end, perhaps in the "Mailscanner Service" section. The "Lookup" button could be optional, simply having the form submitted when clicking <En...

Exim bouncing: "Message too long for transport"
MailScanner v5.3.3 WHM v102.0.8 (STANDARD) Exim v4.95 Hi, all, am having an intermittent issue with messages sent via an Azure client to external accounts. The issue started after a recent WHM upgrade, but cPanel support is pointing to ConfigServer as possibly being the culprit. The Azure client has...
