add to temporary list from commandline
Hi, we would need to utilize the temporary ban feature from the CLI, but judging form our csf 3.02 help output there is no such command to add it, we would expect something like -td [ip] [ttl in seconds] Would it be possible to add this feature to an upcoming csf version? Alternatively it'd be great...

whitelisting wrong ips?
hi,
I fear we are currently whitelisting those IPs that we'd rather only want to remove from the blacklist
I'd appreciate if somebody could comment on my question!
thanks!

command line option for remove from blacklist or add to temp list
Hi,
we need an option to either
a) remove from blacklist (like undo the CSF -d)
b) or add to temp list (like CSF -a <ip> <ttl>)
anything like that in sight?
thanks & best regards
christoph

_un_deny ... or expire feature
Hi,
we need a feature to remove entries from the deny.csf, i.e. via
csf -du 1.2.3.4
or similar
we simply want to expire some IPs after some time, without adding them to the allow file
or did I miss a parameter?

The WHM plugin simply reads /etc/csf/csf.conf well, that's what it says and obviously that was the reason for 2 days of headaches. the WHM plugin did not correctly UPDATE the csf.conf then, so a couple settings were wrong for 2 days, rendering the firewall inactive.... we editied csf.conf by hand t...

CSF 2.87 not blocking .deny at startup
For some odd reason the new CSF 2.87 is not blocking the previously blocked IPs/ranges from the deny file While it looks like it generates a lot of iptable rules, does do not have an effect Furthermore it must be noted that a "quick deny" for an IP, doing an iptable statement still works.....
