Unfortunately if you whitelist an address that is an email account on your server, then MailScanner will whitelist to the address if it's sent from or to that account.

Use the WHM interface.
Click on MailScanner Front End.
You'll see two actions possible: "Default action for low scoring spam" & "Default action for high scoring spam"

Change the latter from deliver to delete.

These are the messages just before it fails. Thu Jul 3 15:53:00 2008 -> SelfCheck: Database modification detected. Forcing relo...

Thanks for that Chirpy.
It looks like cPanel added *.domain.co.uk when that user added it as a subdomain. All fixed.

MailScanner Report

Hello, I have one domain that's been on one of my VPS's for a while now and for the past couple of weeks it's started coming up daily in a cPanel -> MailScanner Report email: I get the email at midnight every night at the moment. Is there a way for me to stop this as the domain isn't new and has alw...

I think it depends entirely on how much email you intend your server to handle. I run it on a couple of VPS's that only have 768MB of RAM and handle roughly 3k - 5k emails a day. This is on top of apache, PHP, MySQL and all the other cPanel related software running. I have no performance problems an...

Didn't think of that. I was using the X theme, but I just rechanged it to X and it's working again without fault.
