Re: Emails going in to spam
Sergio - Thanks, will take a look at the spamassassin settings/rules. Pepsi - Yes SPF and DMARC are set up correctly, as I said in my post the email is getting points towards being spam for the content of the email and the subject line, which are generated within CSF, these aren't anything to do wit...

Emails going in to spam
Hi, I reported this on the cpanel forum as it was tied in with an exim issue I was having but they advised that I bring this over to your own forum for you guys to check out. The emails I have been receiving from CSF (root access alert, high load alert etc..) are all going in to spam and when I look...

Re: High 5 minute load average alert
Hi Sergio
Don't worry about the directory names, they're actually the organisation ID's for the organisation using the website, I provide a template to around 200 organisations and the sites are spread across 4 servers. It is just this one particular server causing so much grief.

Re: High 5 minute load average alert
Could it be anything to do with PHP 7.4? Does that use more resource? Because majority of the sites on the well performing server are still on 7.3

Re: High 5 minute load average alert
Hi Sergio Thanks for the reply. The account swclients contains 55 websites which are all clones of each other for 55 different organisations, but that is all that is on that server. I have another server set up exactly the same way with an account that contains another 55 of these exact same website...

Re: High 5 minute load average alert
Keep getting these and wonder if someone could help me decipher the latest one, 2 of my servers went offline overnight Sunday/Monday so I received a lot of complaints Monday morning and would like to understand this stuff a bit better so I can monitor these closer. Re: Mailman Excess Resource Usage
Just jumping in here as I am also getting excessive resource usage emails, though for different processes. I totally get why we add to the pignore file, basically to stop receiving the emails, but that doesn't actually solve the issue of a resource being used excessively? All it does it hides the fa...

High 5 minute load average alert
I have a fairly new 'large' AWS instance which houses around 40 'not very busy' websites, yet I regularly get a High 5 minute load average alert email. The that I have just received says: Time: Thu Sep 2 12:35:36 2021 +0000 1 Min Load Avg: 27.97 5 Min Load Avg: 8.12 15 Min Load Avg: 3.15 Running/Tot...

Re: Bug? Perl mails about spamd in Centos 8
As said I got fed up with it and excluded perl by adding this line: exe:/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/524/bin/perl However in the mean time we don't have version 524 anymore so I disabled that again. At this moment I'm only using this in csf.pignore: exe:/usr/bin/spamc exe:/usr/bin/spamd cmd:spam...
