I'm having the same issue and wonder if it's a problem because I did a CPanel elevate from Centos 7 to Almalinux 8. When I disable CSF or remove all the country codes in cc-deny, my download speed from my server returns to normal. Has anyone figured out a fix for this issue? UPDATE: STILL NOT FIXED....

SOLVED: Checked deny list and my IP address was denied because my outlook kept checking email and the service wasn't responding so IP was blocked. Removed and now all works as advertised!

Updated CPanel, now CSF Crashes server
I updated my cpanel to the latest version and rebooted my server. CSF is up to date but the server can't even be pinged if the firewall is enabled.
