Thanks for your comment, but If you look closely in the first image you can see in white color (and not in green), which means that the mail is filtered even though it is in the white list.
In the following image you can see how Cpanel blocks it.

I have whitelisted an email but it is still blocked by Mailscanner.
The document has several attachments but I don't usually have problems with pdfs.
Can anyone tell me the reason why it is blocked and unblock it?

I can see from the WHM that Mailscanner Front-End shows (in black) the blocked spam, however the user receives all blocked spam emails in their email account.
Can someone tell me how to fix it?
