Re: CloudFront timeing out on .css requests
I renamed the csf.conf, reinstalled CSF. Did a diff between the files, isolated change by change, and it appears CloudFrount may have acquired an IP range that is somehow listed under the RU (Russia) country block list as removing that the issue no longer persists.

CloudFront timeing out on .css requests
This started happening and I am not sure what I am missing at the moment. csf.deny is now cleared and I have created an /etc/csf/csf.cloudfront.allow with their full range of IPs and included reference to it in the csf.allow and restarted but I am still seeing timeouts. As soon as I turn off csf, it...

Port 8020 open but not defined in csf.conf
Long standing server, firewall controlled by csf and working great. I am seeing something peculiar where I can run https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ against my server and port 8020 it shows open but it is not listed in the csf.conf anywhere. lsof -i:8020 shows nothing attached to the po...

Cleaner Deny Descriptions
How can I change what goes into the deny lines in the csf.deny
Example:
#.#.#.# # lfd: (mod_security)
#.#.#.# # lfd: (smtpauth) Failed SMTP AUTH login from
To:
#.#.#.# # Security filter triggered
#.#.#.# # Failed SMTP Logins

Messenger Not Updating
1 out of 10 servers updated the messenger index.recaptcha.html file. I have restarted csf, lfd, apache (v2 used), cleared caches, tried different browsers, different domain names but and yet it is still showing the default files when any host is hit at port 8888. This has been an ongoing issue since...

Re: Unable to update /etc/csf/messenger/index.html
This has been an ongoing issue for a while now. I still encounter it from time to time even after restarting lfd and using a new private window in FireFox and a new domain name on the server.
