Hey Sarah I'm having the same problem where I have users that are getting emails that are clearly marked as SPAM, VIRUS etc. The email is marked in MailScanner as High SPAM but yet my users are still getting these emails released to them. Apparently they said it started to really get bad a few weeks...

I would ask that you do this as well. The delete button looks like refresh and I clicked it and deleted all my clients email

I have a single user that is getting 1-2 thousand SPAM messages a day. I have increased the SPAM score for the domain but fear it will impact the others users.

What can I do to help this user?

I have enabled Spamhaus and RBL but no luck.

Is there a way to force the rules to be updated? I took a look at the mailscanner config file and it looks like Baynes is disabled by default? What type of resources does it take?
