Postmaster virus detected email marked as spam
Posted: 19 Dec 2013, 18:34
Im sending a test email with a file that had an .exe attachment which is blocked by our server.
The postmaster reply to the user stating that the email sent contains a virus is being blocked with the following spam report
I have tried whitelisting postmaster@alpha.domain in Mailscanner front end from WHM and from the individual user.
So i went and looked at spam.whitelist.rules
It contains several entries. I assume defaults.
So i tried adding:
From: postmaster@alpha.domain yes
Still doesn't work

Any help is greatly appreciated
