Hi Artur I had a similar problem, CSE would show 500 Internal Errors, and CSF would show blank pages, this after updated to latest CSE. I also tried the script mentioned, re-install of CSE and also checking that firewall was not blocking IP addresses. The fix was actually to use the CSF > Fix Common...
